Palme House

Casa Palme is an apartment on the first floor of a building just 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Sa Rocca Tunda. The property includes a large living room with dining table and sofas, and another living room with enviable sea view, fireplace, and dining area. This second living room opens onto a veranda of 15 square meters where you can relax or dine. The kitchen is separate and is furnished with a hob with 5 burners, gas oven, fridge with freezer and microwave.

There are three bedrooms, one double with a large wardrobe and sea views, one twin and one single. All rooms have closets. in the bathroom  there is a washing machine, and from here there is access to a small terrace where you can hang out the laundry. On the ground floor, in the area common to the two apartments, there is an additional bathroom with a shower for the exclusive use of Casa Palme.
